    Position summary

    ation specializes in autoimmune diseases (such as rheumatology, gastroenterology, dermatology, etc), hepatitis, HIV, oncology, and organ transplant.

    As the PSR, you will work under the direction of the Team Lead and Technician Supervisor to coordinate the needs of patients taking complex medications related to their specialty medical condition, disease or illness. You will work proactively with our patients, provider offices and clients via the telephone and directly onsite to compassionately and efficiently coordinate medication shipments, medication adherence services, provider support, and overall customer service for specialty medications. In addition, you will have a thorough knowledge of specialty operations to ensure that our patients are maximizing the integrated pharmacy services provided by CVS Specialty Services.

    We're open from 8:00am - 6:00pm Monday through Friday. You will be asked to work on site 40 hours/ full time within these hours.

    Required Qualifications
    Active Pharmacy Technician License in the state of ME

    • Pharmacy Experience
    • Experience in a customer service role

    Pay Range

    The typical pay range for this role is:

    $17.00 - $28.45

    This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
