Responsibilities include:
Lead Martech technical architecture strategy and initiatives that can span multiple Agile Releases.
Demonstrate the deep technical leadership to lead the architecture for an entire application suite.
Manage the evolution of architectural roadmaps for the Martech and Messaging domain with an eye on paying down technical debt with minimal business disruption.
Identifies opportunities to leverage common solutions for cross-cutting complex functionality at the program and/or enterprise level.
Partner with key stakeholders to establish and adopt architectural best practices, guidelines, and standards.
Lead Proof-Of-Concepts and provide "Reference Architectures" and "Baseline Implementations" when appropriate.
Evaluation of new technologies, vendors and hands on POCs on new or emerging technologies.
Ensure all Non-Functional Requirements (e.g. performance, availability and fail-over, scalability, security, etc.) are properly articulated, and incorporated in the solutions.
Required Qualifications
15+ years of experience in software development working on enterprise-class or consumer-facing applications with 8+ years of Solution Design & Architecture.
5+ years' experience working as an Architect on Omni Channel Platforms, Content Management Systems and/ or Decisioning frameworks (Next best actions, offers and communication)
Experience in Martech products such as Adobe, Pega or Salesforce and integration with enterprise systems
Experience in defining current and future state capabilities and architecture roadmaps.
Experience in leading formulation of strategies for the enterprise services such as content management, personalization services.
Expert-level understanding of architecture, industry trends, business climate, and/or regulation that affect architecture decisions.
Demonstrated ability to lead proof-of-concepts and/or spike solutions.
Excellent collaboration, influencing, evangelization, negotiation, coaching, mentoring, and coalition-building skills.
Excellent verbal and written communications.
Experience with SAFe Software Development Principles.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:$144,200.00 - $288,400.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
