Prioritizes and makes recommendations for the design, development, and implementation strategy of quality improvement projects, and initiatives.
Leads all Performance Improvement workgroups, data collection, monitors status of initiatives/programs and completes State/HSAG PIP templates for submission.
Assists Senior Quality Manager and Director with coordination and implementation of interventions to increase HEDIS, CAHPS, AAA, P4P Metric improvement projects and designated health measures for the Plan.
Develops documentation templates and systems to support and monitor QM projects and initiatives.
Support the coordination of corporate compliance and external surveys as needed.
Support the project life cycle including requirements gathering, creation of project plans and schedules, manage resources, MDHHS compliance projects, and facilitate project execution, deployment, and closure.
Assists with coordination of data requests and ongoing data management for PIP and QI project management.
Participate in vendor oversight meetings with contracted vendors.
Assists with leading cross functional teams to assist business units in integrating quality into their strategic and operational plans.
Provides updates to Director and leadership on assigned projects in the Quality Improvement work plan; may be required to draft presentations on project status and/or outcomes.
Required Qualifications
5+ years clinical and/or managed care experience in the healthcare industry and quality management preferred.
3-5 years of Project Management experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) preferred.
Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt
Professional Project Management Certification
Proficient with Project Management tools and tracking systems
Adept at collaboration, execution and delivery
Education
Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.Anticipated Weekly Hours

The typical pay range for this role is:$60,300.00 - $132,600.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
