This position will report directly to the Delivery Innovations & Operations Senior Manager.
Required Qualifications:
3+ years prior experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Project Manager, Consulting, IT, or related field OR 2+ years' experience in a Retail pharmacy setting
Preferred Qualifications:
• Ability to quickly learn about and become a subject matter expert in new processes and make meaningful recommendations for how they can be improved
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Process oriented: The ability to comprehend and assess complex processes and workflows to identify vulnerabilities or areas for improvement that impact the professional practice of our store-level pharmacy teams
• Passion for Health Care: A history of work in the health care industry and an ongoing desire to make one of the world's strongest health care companies even stronger
• Powerful Communication: The ability to communicate effectively and succinctly with a diverse range of constituents, both verbally and on paper, and with all levels of an organization.
• Initiative: Ability to think creatively and be a self-starter with limited guidance and coaching
and to proactively develop and present potential solutions
• Influence: The ability to foster effective working relations with and persuade

The typical pay range for this role is:$60,300.00 - $145,860.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
