Senior Analyst, Business Analytics

al Business growth and retention strategy. Our team provides support to Sales and Field organization related to provider data within our networks to support RFPs with statical data points. Responsible to ensure monthly data refreshes are completed timely and quality review required to ensure accuracy. Collaboration across team to support tool enhancements and drive operational efficiencies specifically tied to NISS rewrite, Provider reporting and Network Update process.

Required Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience working with data analytics and SQL.
• Minimum 1+ years of experience with documentation of business requirements.
• 5+ years of demonstrated PC skills including the use of MS Office products specifically Excel.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with QuickBase.

• 1+ year experience working with Python and Tableau.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, critical thinking and project management skills.
  • Experience influencing others by turning data into meaningful and actionable information.
  • Attention to detail.

• Demonstrated effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Education Bachelors or 6 years of relevant experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$46,988.00 - $122,400.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
