This role reports to the Sr. Manager of PBM BIAA Automation.Key Responsibilities:
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in software/application development, engineering and business process automation (BPA)
5+ years of development experience in SQL and Python
3+ years of UiPath, Automation Anywhere (AA), or other RPA tools
3+ years analyzing claims data and/or other large datasets
3+ years converting business requirements to technical specifications
2+ years developing BPA solutions in a distributed cloud environment, preferably GCP
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in healthcare/insurance, PBM, or pharmacy services
Experience leveraging GenAI and other emerging frameworks to automate complex business processes
Experience with ETL tools, data mining and data wrangling software
Database management experience; preferred technologies: BigQuery, SQL Server, & SAP HANA
Familiarity with natural language processing, text analytics, semantic technology, and machine learning
Experience working in agile environment
Highly adaptive, with the ability to quickly assimilate new information and adapt to emerging technologies
Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean Thinking and Six Sigma, etc.)
Proficiency with Office 365 applications
Strong communication skills with proven ability to share ideas with both technical and non-technical audiences

The typical pay range for this role is:$92,700.00 - $203,940.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
