    Position summary

    n data, clinical protocols, and medical notification documents within CVS Health's Medical Claims and Prior Authorization platform (Novologix). The position works closely with other business teams to manage scheduled and ad hoc projects for new implementation and maintenance of existing clients. There are cross-functional responsibilities to support other departments within CVS Health as required.


    Support Product Development, IT, Analytics, and Client Services teams in the development and maintenance of plan and system configurations, PA drug lists, drug criteria, notification letters and communications, and client set-ups within the Novologix system. Effectively communicate system issues to Business and IT resources and engage in diagnosis for resolution.

    Write and execute test cases and validations for configuration changes in the NLX system prior to client testing. Create succinct, complete documentation of tests and results.

    Work with supervisor/manager and cross functional teams to develop documentation and understanding of new product features for business team management.

    Manage work queues and validate testing and completion of requested work as well as communicating with requestor.

    Required Qualifications

    • BA/BS in mathematics, statistics, health care management, business, economics, finance or related field OR equivalent years of experience required

    • 3+ years of MS Office experience

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills

    • 3+ years demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and prioritize and delegate deliverables in a timely fashion

    • 3+ years working within an IT or Healthcare environment preferred

    • Change agile; willing and able to adjust individual and team direction based upon changing priorities and business need

    • Ability to think critically, problem solve and make decisions while anticipating the broad impact of decisions

    • Familiar with state and federal pharmaceutical regulations preferred

    Pay Range

    The typical pay range for this role is:

    $18.50 - $37.02

    This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
