Counsel - Labor and Employment.Major Responsibilities:
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in a law firm or in-house position with a focus on labor and employment law issues nationwide, preferably in or pertaining to a retail or healthcare organization
Licensed to practice law and member in good standing of a state bar.
Strong litigation and litigation management experience.
Class/collective action experience.
Ability to travel occasionally.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple priorities within deadlines without significant direct supervision.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exercises sound and professional judgment.
Responsive to requests and strong adherence to deadlines.
Foster confidential, collaborative and collegial relationships with colleagues and clients.Assist with special projects and serve on cross-functional teams.

The typical pay range for this role is:$175,100.00 - $334,750.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
