If outside of West Region, ability to work West Coast hours.**The Senior Manager, Business Consulting, will be expected to:

• Lead strategic initiatives

• Maintain a meticulous level of organization for multiple, simultaneous work streams with conflicting prioritiesKey Responsibilities:

• Project management

• Anticipate, recommend, and act on next steps

• Clearly and concisely summarize complex information, often coming from a variety of sources

• Develop presentation decks

• Independently determine where to pull critical information from various dashboards, analyze data, and make recommendations.Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in project/program management, strategic planning and/or business consulting

• Healthcare Industry experience; managed care experience preferred

• Strong communication skills

• Highly attentive to detail with a commitment to ensuring accuracy

• Ability to successfully manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment with changing deadlines

• Ability to move several projects forward simultaneously

• Ability to clearly, concisely, and accurately, summarize complex information

• Strong proficiency in Outlook (email and calendar) and Teams; proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel

• Ability to think strategically and analytically

• Strong sense of intellectual curiosityEducation:

Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:$75,400.00 - $199,144.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
