The Senior Manager, Communication and Change Management reports directly to the VP, Client and Member Experience and Operations and is a critical member of the leadership team of the company. Additionally, they will work in concert with HR, the Chief of Staff, and the Senior Leadership team to develop a change management plan to support the ongoing transformation and engagement of the PS DDAT broad team.
Under the supervision of the VP, the Senior Manager, Communication and Change Management role will own the process to analyze and optimize communications to enhance the organization's internal and external messaging, in alignment with the DDAT strategy. Further, they will work collaboratively with Enterprise Communications, DDAT Communications, HR and Change Management, Marketing, and the business operations teams to effectively execute communications about and for PS DDAT.A successful candidate in this role will work in a cross functional team in a large matrix organization. This candidate will need to quickly build relationships with key stakeholders to identify. This candidate will need to build relationships within the organization to understand needs and deliver results.Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Partner with the PS DDAT leaders, HR, and DDAT Communications to develop and execute short- and long-term communication strategy, including multi-channel communication campaigns that optimize engagement
Partner with the PS DDAT leaders and HR to develop a change management strategic plan to drive engagement and shape the culture of the PS DDAT organization
Assess change management and transformation risks, and develop mitigation plans
Consult and coach PS DDAT Leadership on change management initiative execution
Partner with HR to develop and implement career development maps
Drive the communication process with high attention to detail and the ability to juggle competing priorities
Coordinate and oversee critical communication activities for PS DDAT communication assets - including but not limited to Town Hall/All Hands, organizational announcements, newsletters, etc.
Collaborate with PS DDAT LT to identify and close internal DDAT communication gaps
Challenge partners to think differently regarding critical communications, and act as a thought partner and model creative storytelling and high-quality communications assets
Ensure high quality and consistent storytelling across all PS DDAT artifacts
Create and maintain communication standards for PS DDAT, in alignment with the overall DDAT Comms and Enterprise Comms strategy
Produce high quality, consistent work within established timelines and budgets
Required Qualifications
Essential Work Experience
Strong track record of effective communication; Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly the ability to convey information in an accessible, concise, and clear manner
Ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder client environment
Expertise with influencing and navigating a highly matrixed environment to drive results
Highly collaborative and communicative collaborator with experience working in fast-paced, multi-functional team environments
Experience managing change and in developing and maintaining excellent relations with executives, customers, operations, and staff at all levels
Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision, with proven analytical and critical thinking skills
High energy level; comfortable performing multi-faceted projects in conjunction with day-to-day activities
Approaches challenges with a sense of urgency, ability to work well under pressure and take direction
Preferred Qualifications
Customer centric, creative and strategic; prior customer facing experience is preferred
Project management experience is preferred

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:$118,450.00 - $260,590.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
