The Senior Manager, Offsite & Self-Service will report to the Director of Offsite Product as a pivotal role for implementing a self-service solution for CMX with cross functional partners such as Marketing, Sales, Operations, Data Engineering, and Data Science. This position requires an experienced individual with a proven track record in programmatic media, self-service solutions, and project management.
Self-Service Implementation: Engage with key partners to develop strategy cross-functionally. Project manage all tasks of implementation regularly communicating status
Data Analysis: Oversee success of self-service implementation regularly monitoring performance. Track and be accountable to KPI's such as adoption, net new advertisers, revenue, performance
Ownership of Self-service Roadmap: Develop and maintain a comprehensive roadmap for self-service, aligning with overall business strategy and objectives. Prioritize features, enhancements based on value and customer impact
Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Operations, Data Engineering, and Data Science to gather input and ensure alignment.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to self-service platforms and tools. Utilize problem-solving skills to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
The candidate must be commutable to one of our corporate offices and be willing to work a hybrid schedule. Hybrid model with 3 onsite days/week at one of these locations:
New York Soho area, NY
Blue Bell, PA
5+ years of experience in programmatic media and self-service DSPs
3+years experience in product strategy or project management
3+years experience in conducting data analysis.
Deep understanding of programmatic media.
Proven experience with self-service platforms, ad tech, and programmatic integrations
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proven ability to lead and collaborate effectively within a team and across functions.
Interpersonal skills as well as strong initiative and self-motivation and the ability to work both independently within a customer-service oriented environment.
Bachelor's degree in relevant fields or equivalent (HS Diploma + 4 yrs experience) Required.
The typical pay range for this role is:
$86,700.00 - $190,700.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
