CVS Media Exchange is hiring a Senior Manager, Performance and Optimization - O&O. This role will report to the Lead Director, Performance and Optimization.
CVS Media Exchange [CMX] is dedicated to driving measurable outcomes for our suppliers, merchants, stores, GMs, brand advertisers, and agencies. Our full-funnel ad solutions leverage CVS's in-store and online data, extensive reach, and to provide measurable results for our clientele. With a range of flexible pricing and buying models, including self-service; these solutions help businesses build brand awareness, engage with CVS consumers, and convert CVS consumers to shoppers.
The Senior Manager, Performance and Optimization - O&O will be responsible for the performance and optimization of CMX campaigns through our owned and operated properties. This individual will run the day-to-day operations of campaign management and optimization for onsite display and app, ensuring the highest level of performance. The ideal candidate is an innovative thinker with deep working knowledge of Google Ad Manager with the ability to flex between hand-on-keyboard work to strategy development.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Manage and run all onsite display and app campaigns.
Architect operational workflows & playbooks for campaign performance
Surface overarching learnings to strengthen/enhance our streaming playbook.
Collaborate with client solutions, product, and analytics teams to deliver on key client needs.
Ensure CMX campaigns are meeting their goals by managing campaign pacing, performance, and margin through continuous optimization.
Develop best practices and seek to continuously improve workflows to support all aspects of campaign activation and execution.
Serve as our expert in troubleshooting campaign performance issues with Google Ad Manager
Manage issues related to campaign troubleshooting, campaign delivery, and campaign performance.
Participate in testing initiatives for new ad products and feature enhancements
Keep up-to-date with industry changes, case studies and regulatory impacts
Collaborate with CMX teams to determine the optimal media mix solutions
Analyze and understand inventory levers and patterns
The candidate must be commutable to one of our corporate offices and be willing to work a hybrid schedule. Hybrid model with 3 onsite days/week at one of these locations:
New York Soho area, NY
Blue Bell, PA
5+ years in Publisher Digital Ad Operations, with a strong track record of successful campaign management.
4+ experience with Google Ad Manager
2+ years management experience
1 + years using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
1 + years fluency in the language of digital media and online measurement: impressions, CTR, CPMs, eCPMs, uniques, pageviews, visits, referrers, viewabililty, demo comps, etc.
1 + years experience reporting and using data sets for deeper analysis
Retail media experience is a plus
Demonstrated professional maturity with strong interpersonal skills in interacting with internal/external senior leaders
Experience working in, and ability to thrive in, a fast-paced environment
Detail oriented; possessing critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
Expert problem solving and troubleshooting abilities
Effective time management skills - ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Entrepreneurial spirit seeking to drive innovation.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (HS Diploma and 4 years of experience) required.
The typical pay range for this role is:
$86,700.00 - $190,700.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
