Sorter Operator and Loader - 2nd Shift

• Duties include but are not limited to: Monitoring and reporting on the status of each of the lines; anticipating and communicating jams or other problem areas throughout the lines to the Shipping Team and Maintenance department; Throw freight on the line.

• Assist the Shipping Supervisor with other duties and responsibilities when required.

Required Qualifications

• Must be able to work without close supervision.

• Ability to read, write and count accurately.

• Basic knowledge of math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)

• Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency.

• Ability to work in a seasonally warm or cool environment.

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally.

• Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, stooping, and climbing; normal eyesight (regular or corrected)

Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in outbound shipping

The typical pay range for this role is:$17.00 - $28.46This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
