    Position summary

    es, report on and notify employees and their management team via escalation emails when training due dates are missed and investigate and support audit requests from internal CVS Health teams and external partners, such as health plans. The Senior Compliance Analyst - Compliance Training will also generate, review, and distribute monthly and ad hoc compliance training reports to team members, including executive management. This role will work with business leaders to ensure accuracy of courses and that the correct employee audience is assigned prior to course roll-out. The Senior Compliance Analyst - Compliance Training will work closely with Learning and Development, the Learning Technology Group, Legal, Human Resources, Audit, IT, and other CVS Health teams and act as a point person to troubleshoot and respond to compliance training inquiries.The Senior Compliance Analyst - Compliance Training will perform critical reviews of compliance training materials received from business owners and recommend updates that will streamline training material and enhance training effectiveness for colleagues. The role also reviews and audits training courses to ensure training materials are accurate and online course navigation works correctly prior to launching courses to employees enterprise-wide. The Senior Compliance Analyst - Compliance Training will ensure that supporting documentation exists and is archived to support future inquiries and/or audits. Other responsibilities include assisting in the development of standard operating procedures for the Compliance Training Team and project managing additional tasks as needed throughout the year.As a Senior Compliance Analyst - Compliance Training, you will:

    • Analyze monthly compliance reports that are sent to the Executive Management Team, to ensure they accurately depict the work done each month within Compliance Operations
    • Prepare thorough analysis explanations for anomalies or trending in training results to clarify for Senior Management. Suggest solutioning to react to negative trending, complete with implementation strategy
    • Study current processes, procedures, and tasks and strategically define ways to automate and advance our manual processes and procedures, document areas of opportunities with concurrent solutions and prepare presentations for compliance leadership
    • Analyze compliance training materials then strategically propose the proper jobs/team members to assign to each course

    Remote or Hybrid (1 day per week) dependent on location.Required Qualifications
    3+ years of experience in Compliance and/or Learning and Development Training.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience with creating training material
    • Background with critical review of mandatory training materials and experience bringing forth suggestions to streamline and enhance training effectiveness
    • Experience creating reports and presentations
    • Experience in the healthcare industry
    • Background in compliance training
    • Experience creating and/or reviewing training materials
    • Experience with implementing programs or projects
    • Demonstrated ability to communicate with all levels of an organization up through Senior VP level

    Education

    Bachelor's Degree Required or equivalent years of related experience.Anticipated Weekly Hours

    The typical pay range for this role is:$46,988.00 - $112,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
