Own and drive the product roadmap, balancing short-term execution with long-term strategic vision to strengthen our solutions in the 340B market.
Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers and Product Owners, providing strategic direction while supporting backlog execution and agile delivery.
Analyze competitor offerings and industry shifts to identify opportunities and ensure our products remain market-leading.
Collaborate directly with customers, internal stakeholders, and external partners to define product priorities and deliver value-driven enhancements.
Translate market intelligence, client feedback, and company priorities into actionable product strategies and requirements.
Partner closely with engineering teams to review user stories, oversee backlog management, and drive product improvements within an Agile framework.
Track key product performance metrics and business outcomes, including adoption, revenue impact, and operational efficiencies.
Engage with cross-functional teams, including account management, sales, marketing, and operations, to support product launches and ensure successful adoption.
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of product management experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role managing Product Managers or Product Owners.
Healthcare industry experience, with a strong understanding of pharmacy, manufacturer, wholesaler, provider, or 340B-related products.
Experience working directly with customers and stakeholders in a highly regulated and complex space.
Deep understanding of agile methodologies and experience working closely with engineering teams to deliver a product roadmap.
Strong background in product management, data-driven decision-making, and go-to-market execution.
Excellent skills in leadership, written and verbal communication, and stakeholder management

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:$106,605.00 - $284,280.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
