What you will do
Build and maintain strategic relationships with individual clients, and PBMs, acting as the primary point of contact for operational matters.
Develops and executes operational strategies and plans to enhance service delivery, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency specifically for Data Exchange.
Oversees the delivery of services, ensuring that service levels meet or exceed client expectations.
Collaborates with various department leaders, such as sales, marketing, clinical, and operations, to align client needs with company capabilities.
Designs, implements, and optimizes operational processes and workflows to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
Handles escalated issues or complaints from various stakeholders that require managerial attention by investigating, addressing, and resolving issues in a timely and satisfactory manner to ensure client satisfaction.
Identifies opportunities for process improvements by leveraging data, feedback, and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement process enhancements.
Leads and manages a team of Data Exchange staff, providing guidance, support, and coaching to junior-level team members.
Required Qualifications
7-10 years work experience
Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
Adept at business intelligence
Adept at collaboration and teamwork
Mastery of problem solving and decision making skills
Mastery of growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills
Preferred Qualifications
5 years experience working with PBMs on exchanging member data.
Education
Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$67,900.00 - $182,549.40
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
