Required Qualifications
Experience: 3-5 years of progressive experience in clinical operations, with a focus on developing standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Knowledge: Familiarity with medical terminology, healthcare policy, and governance is essential. Understanding of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) or other regulatory bodies is a significant asset.
Skills: Exceptional organizational, communication, and time-management skills are critical.
Technical Proficiency: High-level proficiency in productivity software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other document management systems is necessary.

The typical pay range for this role is:$21.10 - $49.08This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
