Develop Open Enrollment campaign online and offline communication channels
Supports the Sales and Network teams with digital/ physical assets, trainings, webinars, Etc.
Engages with our agencies to deliver on-brand assets to win consumers and enable partners
Manages operations, review and approval processes, to deliver compliant assets
Plans and prioritizes development to consistently meet deadlines with excellence
Ensures digital assets meet accessibility standards, manages translations, etc.
Demonstrates ability to continuously learn, improve processes, suggest ideas
Supports enhancements of marketing enablement tools
3+ years of progressive experience in marketing or a related field
Experience with online / offline channels and project management
Organized with strong attention to detail
Experience working in highly regulated industry
Bilingual - English/Spanish
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. MBA preferred
The typical pay range for this role is:
$40,600.00 - $97,800.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
