As the Senior Coordinator, you will manage and drive essential activities that keep candidates and leaders engaged and informed while also ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new colleagues. Your efforts will power a more efficient team, as well as drive a more effective experience for our leaders and candidates. This position is about maximizing operational efficiency with a strong focus on customer service and communication.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Manage candidate correspondence, interview scheduling, data entry, and pre-employment screening
Use Workday as well as other HR systems and predefined business processes for candidate management in accordance with the company hiring practices
Deliver best-in-class recruitment and staffing services in a cost and time effective manner
Maintain sensitive information in the strictest confidence in all business matters
Support special projects across the TA team including high volume and critical recruiting initiatives
1+ year of experience interpersonal, customer service, and client relationship management experience
1+ years of experience supporting recruitment in a high volume hiring environment
1+ years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
1+ years of experience with Microsoft Outlook including calendar management
1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
1+ year of experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems, Workday knowledge preferred
Healthcare and/or Retail Pharmacy experience preferred
Call Center experience a plus
Verifiable High School Diploma or GED is required.
Bachelor's Degree preferred
The typical pay range for this role is:
$18.50 - $37.02
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
