toring of all integrations between Workday HCM and various internal and external systems ensuring best practices are followed for efficiency and scalability. This is a key role in ensuring seamless data flow across an organization's ecosystem, driving the successful implementation and optimizing Workday integrations. The position demands both technical expertise and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve the business goals.Responsibilities include:
Integration Strategy and Planning: Implementing end-to-end process of designing, developing, testing, and deploying Workday integrations, including scoping requirements, creating technical specs, and ensuring successful production deployments.
Stakeholder Engagement: Working with internal and external partners to ensure integration designs meet business and vendor requirements, facilitating sessions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Production Support: Helping with ongoing support and monitoring of all integrations, managing inbound and outbound issues, and leading incident resolution processes. Acting as a point of contact for resolving integration-related issues, both during the implementation phase and after go-live
Continuous Improvement: Staying current on emerging Workday features, updates, and trends to ensure that all integrations follow best practices and are optimized for efficiency and scalability.
Documenting Integration Workflows: Creating detailed documentation of integration workflows, system configurations, and error handling procedures for ongoing support and troubleshooting. Ensuring integrations comply with company policies, industry regulations, and data security standards.
Training and Support: Guiding and mentoring developers, analysts, and other technical staff on the integration tools and processes, ensuring proper adoption and understanding of the Workday system.
Fostering Collaboration: Building strong relationships across teams to facilitate collaboration and ensure that integration efforts are aligned with broader organizational objectives.
Project Management: Managing Timelines and Resources: Overseeing integration projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope. This includes managing resources, milestones, and communication among stakeholders. Risk Management: Identifying potential risks during integration projects and implement strategies to mitigate them.

The typical pay range for this role is:$118,450.00 - $260,590.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
