    Position summary

    nd indirect reports. This will consist of planning, leading, scheduling, and managing engagements. This position will also be responsible for leading risk assessments and process improvements to support control objectives both within the team and with cross-functional impacts. This position will also be responsible for providing independent reviews and recommendations on client matters, outside of a third-party review. Must be able to evaluate complex situations accurately and identify viable solutions.

    The Sr. Manger will be responsible for reviewing staffing goals and expectations to ensure that the Third-Party Audit team is meeting departmental goals and client needs. This position will be responsible for evaluating performance of each team member and setting department goals.

    Required Qualifications

    • Audit, risk assessment, compliance, quality and/or regulatory experience.

    • Ability to work effectively with internal and external clients, third party vendors, and Senior Management.

    • Strong capabilities and experience in performing independent assessments, including compliance & legal reviews, contract reviews, testing controls, and developing & reviewing assessment reports. Must have excellent written skills.

    • Leadership and/or project management

    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing priorities, deadlines, and workloads.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Understanding of legal requirements.

    • Knowledge of self-funded health plans and Third-Party Administrators.

    • Experience with performing third party risk assessment.

    Education

    Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent work experience.

    Pay Range

    The typical pay range for this role is:

    $79,200.00 - $174,200.00

    This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
