on with 3 days (generally Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) in one of the following office locations based on your preference: Hartford CT / Blue Bell PA / Atlanta GA / Chicago IL . The other 2 days each week will be working remotely from home, office, or another location of your choice. No housing or housing stipend will be provided, but interns will be given the opportunity to connect with each other prior to the start of the program to coordinate housing if desired. Relocation stipends will be provided for candidates that qualify.
The hourly rate is $23/hr with 40 hours/ week, no work on July 4th (company holiday), and two days of paid leave.

Examples of past internship projects include:
Price new and existing business with the goal of selling and retaining profitable customers
Act as a strategic partner to support overall management of your book of business
Work with internal partners in sales and account management to negotiate pricing, create benefit plan designs and cross sell additional products/programs in support of our customers
Collaborate with actuarial to refine pricing based on changes in future medical costs, trends and customer specific data
Participate in leadership development opportunities such as networking, solution-focused business projects and career coaching and feedback.

Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office products including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word or experience with coding software such as VBA, R, or Python

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree
