Overview
Deutsche Bank’s Corporate Banking Coverage (CBC) group manages relationships with large corporations globally to solve diverse problems for clients. The Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) Desk Head of Americas requires you to supervise and manage the growth and maintenance of client relationships with EMEA corporate clients that CBC EMEA targets as clients. We help our clients meet objectives and challenges through all of Deutsche Bank’s offerings from Corporate Bank, mainly helping our clients meet objectives and challenges in financing, risk management, working capital, investments, and transaction banking. Clients benefit from dedicated coverage provided by experienced Corporate Bankers, who deliver the Firm's extensive products in the Americas region. As a central part of the Firm's plans to further expand its successful international banking franchise, the Corporate Bank offers exciting opportunities as a place to work.
Working in a team environment, you will be required to develop and cultivate strong client relationships with assigned multinational clients in the North American Tech and FinTech sectors, and coordinate with their global locations to deliver exemplary client service in a professional, ethical, and conscientious manner. You will be responsible for selling the full suite of products offered by the Deutsche Bank Corporate Bank focused on cash management, trade finance and trust services, with additional input and coordination across DCM, FX, Rates and Asset Management businesses.

What You’ll Do
Generate significant revenue over a sustained period of time and recognize revenue opportunities to cross-sell products for all areas of the Bank
Responsible for growing wallet share and revenues across Corporate Bank within the assigned client perimeter
Drive results against client plans for revenue generation, franchise transactions, alignment with product partners and customer satisfaction
Involve senior management in key client presentations to emphasize alignment with Deutsche Bank’s commitment to build the business
Proactively seek new relationships where we can provide client-centric solutions
Be 1st line of defense on Credit and Non-Financial Risk (including Know Your Client)
How You’ll Lead
Oversee and develop junior members of the coverage team
Proactively seek new relationships where we can provide client-centric solutions
Involve senior management in key client presentations to emphasize alignment with Deutsche Bank’s commitment to build the business
Skills You’ll Need
Extensive experience in corporate banking coverage, within Technology with investment grade large multi-nationals
Knowledge and client relationships with European (and/or Germany/DACH) corporate client base and corporate banking products
Ability to mobilize internal networks and resources
FINRA Series 63 & 79 license holders required

Bachelor's degree with outstanding academic credentials

Expectations
It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York, NY office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in New York City is $350,000 to $475,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
