As the Head of Operations Client Service Management you are accountable for all matters pertaining to Client relationship management within Fixed Income & Currency Operations & in collaboration with broader IB & Cross Product Operations and the Front office Business. Fixed Income & Currency Operations multiple products and functions which include but is not limited to – Rates, Credit, Foreign Exchange, Listed Derivatives & eCommerce, Trade Services and Emerging Markets.
The core objective of the function is to ensure that Deutsche Bank supports its clients in a focused, profitable and competitive capital markets, fixed income and foreign exchange offering. Deutsche Bank Investment Bank is globally competitive in our core markets with 75% of our businesses hold top 5 market positions.
