As the Head of Operations Client Service Management you are accountable for all matters pertaining to Client relationship management within Fixed Income & Currency Operations & in collaboration with broader IB & Cross Product Operations and the Front office Business. Fixed Income & Currency Operations multiple products and functions which include but is not limited to – Rates, Credit, Foreign Exchange, Listed Derivatives & eCommerce, Trade Services and Emerging Markets. 

The core objective of the function is to ensure that Deutsche Bank supports its clients in a focused, profitable and competitive capital markets, fixed income and foreign exchange offering. Deutsche Bank Investment Bank is globally competitive in our core markets with 75% of our businesses hold top 5 market positions.

Your key responsibilities

  • Deliver Best in Class Fixed Income & Currencies Operational Performance across client service, sustainability, accuracy, timeliness and completeness
  • Utilising extensive experience of the Fixed Income business, building strong stakeholder relationships across Investment Bank Front Office and 1st and 2nd line functions across the organisation
  • Key interface to the relevant Global Divisional Client Captain(s) to support readiness for new activity, to support resolution of issues and escalations, to communicate and support enhancement of service levels through detailed understanding of client expectations vs Deutsche Bank performance.
  • Partner with the Business & Global Client Captains to support any client remediation or resolution of issues that break SLA’s or risk appetite.
