Corporate Title Vice President
Workforce Strategy & Analytics function is responsible to pave the way for the organization to use smart toolsets to derive deep insights on workforce related topics and drive more efficient and smarter decision making.
The Platforms squad’s primary area of focus is to provide a state of art toolset to enable business managers with actionable insights.
You would be responsible to work with senior stakeholders within WS&A and other value streams to understand their problem areas and thereafter, partner with IT to propose scalable and robust platform-oriented solutions.

Your key responsibilities
Drive the vision of making the WS&A Platform modern and agile
Lead the team of experts in the space of Workday Analytics
Manage stakeholder engagement across divisions and countries to understand (management information) MI requirements
Participate in the strategic discussions to review and drive the current and future technologies
Work with IT to provide internal customers with the best possible service
Your skills and experience
Workday analytics toolsets like reporting, discovery board, Prism
Workday functional areas like recruitment, core, compensation and performance
Must have Workday security knowledge and wider understanding of data security principles
Expertise in understanding HR data lifecycle and how to drive actionable insights using it
Must be able to interact and manage a diverse set of people located across multiple locations globally
