As a Senior Engineer, you will have the opportunity to influence the design of complex platforms and help lead the teams to expand upon our platform to solve the technology challenges of tomorrow, which include providing automation solutions, building out components of our single-user interface portal (our key stone technology platform that is both internal and external client-facing).

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Create strategic solutions that consider the risk, benefits, and conflicts of the situation

• Design elegant solutions to complex problems which satisfy user and non-functional requirements

• Provide leadership and guidance to the delivery function, delivering with optimal functionality and efficiency

• Engineer solutions to minimize occurrence, prevent recurrence of production issues, and facilitate reduced mean time to recovery

• Design and engineer solutions and services with embedded risk and security controls as mitigation against threats

• Work as part of an Agile Delivery team to deliver modular, performant, reusable, documented, end-to-end tested solutions coded to current UI (User Interface) best development standards

Your Skills and Experience:

• Knowledge regarding building productive networks to drive collaboration, re-use, and knowledge sharing

• Experience in solution design tools and techniques with ability to make design decision trade-offs

• Knowledge of fast learning approaches to creating business solutions

• Expertise in one or more technical domains applying commercial acumen in delivery approach

• Experience working in an agile team (including practicing Scrum, Kanban, XP, or SAFE), to build modern web applications with WebSocket’s to REST principles using React (including modern features and React hooks), and Typescript
