What You’ll Do
Guide the development, implementation and maintenance of a strategic reporting platform and framework for AFC using Hadoop Hive, Impala along with Tableau
Guide and continuously drive execution of the AFC management information (MI) & Reporting Team's Book of Work; guide and manage a team of MI developers providing technical guidance and mentoring for team members
Create, maintain & enhance regular, periodic & ad hoc MI reports and Tableau Dashboards
Implement automated solutions and data quality controls to improve accuracy, efficiency, visibility and quality of data
Keep abreast of reporting technologies to drive efficiency and automation within the current AFC reporting landscape; keep abreast of new rules, regulations and reputation risks to develop, implement and revise current policies & procedures
Advanced knowledge of MS Access & Excel, including pivot tables, macros, filtering and sorting; ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment
Skills You’ll Need
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent; post-graduate a plus
Moderate experience working with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) or financial data systems
Strong hands on experience with Data Visualization Tools (e.g. Tableau)
Good experience in Computer Science, database design, Structured Query Language (SQL), ETL processes and data mining
Experience using statistical programming languages (e.g. Statement on Auditing Standards (SAS), R, Python)

Expectations
It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Jacksonville, FL office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in New York City is $85,000 to $140,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of renumeration.
