Work you'll do/ Responsibilities
This role will support a defense client's goal of becoming a world class Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) organization. The client's overarching top three priorities:
The client is seeking support for its priorities through tasking based on industry commercial best practices to support transformational efforts:
This role will conduct comparison and analysis of the client's current and proposed Big "Q" approach to Industry MRO Best Commercial practices for an overall Quality approach (i.e., CASS). The role will deliver an analysis of potential savings of shifting to such a Quality system.
Likely travel: 4 trips over 8 months, each trip lasting a 5-day work week

Qualifications
Required:
Must have 6+ years of experience in delivering grants management or related services.
Bachelors degree.
Ability to obtain and main desired clearance levels.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Ability to travel up to 50% on average. Each travel week will consist of travel M-F. Arriving onsite Monday Morning and leaving Friday afternoon.
Preferred:
Experience with Analytical and Statistical Support that contributes to reduced cost and KPIs .
Experience with Strategic and tactical guidance to Improve Material Cost and Availability .
Experience with Strategic and tactical guidance to assist in the expansion of process improvement interventions through implementation of on-the-ground transformation initiatives.
Experience with Root Cause Analysis of efficiencies and development of implementation and remediation plans.
