Work you'll do

As a Manager you will work in a collaborative and diverse team environment providing many opportunities to have an active voice. You will advise clients on their Supply Chain and Operations strategy and work with them to implement next generation solutions. Deloitte brings world-class supply network capabilities, operational know-how, advanced analytics, and industry-specific hybrid solutions experience to our clients; specializing in: Digital Supply Networks, Internet of Things, Sourcing and Procurement, Manufacturing, Product Development, Dynamic Fulfillment, and Synchronized Planning.

Illustrative activities include:

• Work directly with clients to understand their Supply Chain, Manufacturing and related processes, capabilities, and systems

• Set engagement objectives and scope, develop work plans, and coordinate activities across and between multiple project workstreams

• Lead solution proof-of-concept sessions with clients to educate on best practices, identify gaps, and recommend process changes and/or solution refinement approaches

• Lead discussions to define business requirements, design, configure and be responsible for the overall delivery of the solution

• Develop advanced analytics and / or cognitive approaches to generate insights and improve supply chain performance

Qualifications

Required

• 8+ years of relevant Supply Chain Consulting and/or industry implementation experience

• Hands-on functional and configuration experience in APS technology solutions (JDA/Blue Yonder, o9, SAP IBP, etc.)

• Experience with supply chain planning and fulfillment processes such as demand planning, inventory planning, supply planning, integrated business planning, transportation, and warehouse management

• End-to-end project delivery experience from discovery through deployment/go-live

• Project Management experience that includes leading project teams and working with cross-functional and/or extended teams

• Experience in defining complex customer requirements and shaping them into solutions

• Bachelor's Degree

• Ability to travel up to 50%, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Preferred

• Ability to explain how digital planning technology solutions enable the supply chain across the value chain

• Outstanding critical thinking, analytics, and problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment

• Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS Power Point)

• Solution design and deployment experience in APS technology solutions such as JDA/Blue Yonder (ESP, Demand, IO, Luminate Control Tower, TM, WM), o9, SAP IBP, etc.

• Experience leading multiple end-to-end APS implementations

• Project experiences in one or more of the following industries: Semi-conductor, Hi-Tech, Automotive, Industrial Products, Life Sciences, Retail and Consumer Package Goods

• Advanced Degree in Supply Chain or Business (MBA) from a top tier program
