Work you'll do
As the eDiscovery Project Manager you will:
Demonstrate creative problem-solving capabilities and experience leading teams
Advise Federal clients through the entire litigation life cycle
Responsible for project financials, including the development and tracking of budgets
Manage the day-to-day interactions with clients and internal resources
Ability to provide leadership and business judgment in anticipating client and project needs and creating alternative solutions to complex issues
Proactively manage changes in project scope and develop contingency plans when needed
Must be flexible in order to respond quickly to shifting demands and opportunities. Ability to work under tight deadlines, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize appropriately, and delegate to resources when necessary
Provide counseling/coaching to junior team members and staff
Participate and provide insight for staff recruitment and retention, and share guidance into staffing process for client engagements
Assist with business development and growing client relationships
Participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process

Our teams apply eDiscovery leading practices and leverage analytics technology, as well as traditional legal research and writing, to assist government attorneys and agency staff through the litigation or information request process.
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree required
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance for this role
Travel up to 20%
7+ years experience working at a large consulting firm, law firm, or eDiscovery vendor
Proactive, self-starter with strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrate creative problem-solving capabilities and experience leading teams
Experience and technical knowledge regarding Relativity software and other eDiscovery tools
Experience managing a team of junior staff
Preferred:
Juris Doctorate (JD) degree highly preferred
Relativity certifications highly preferred
PMP certification is a nice to have
