Enterprise Architect

Deloitte’s Enterprise Performance professionals are leaders in optimizing operations that span the entire enterprise of an organization, from strategy to implementation and operation. Work you’ll do 

• Design current-state business process models based on research and collaboration with business process owners and subject matter experts.
• Build operational taxonomies that showcase the structural decomposition of the business’ operational activities and functions.
• Initiate and execute on multiple tasks, and work effectively, both independently and as a member of a cross-functional team.
• Design systems interface models that depict the interconnections of systems, system components, and data exchanges across an IT landscape.
• Design and build data architectures to depict the data subject areas, information classes, data entities, data attributes, and entity relationship as they pertain to the scope of the business and systems architectures.
• Demonstrate strong facilitation, leadership, and communication skills to engage client stakeholders and support meetings.
• Function effectively and efficiently within small teams as needed to gather information to support architecture analysis and design.
• Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

The Technology Services Optimization Offering works with clients to transform their technology services and operations and provide enterprise-wide service transformation using ServiceNow. Working with Chief Information Officers, Technology Executives, Service Owners (HR, IT, Customer, Field Service, Project Portfolio Management) and their teams, they help to establish an operating model for technology, attentive to NextGen and advanced technologies, new and evolving service models for technology and the operational expectations of an organization.

Qualifications 

Required Skills and Experience:

• 2+ years’ of experience in Enterprise Architecture work with government clients
• 2+ years’ of client-facing technology consulting experience
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree required
• Department of Defense Architecture Framework experience is required
• Ability to maintain the required Public Trust Clearance for this role

Preferred Skills:

• Experience modeling business processes using a variety of tools and techniques

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong facilitation, leadership, and communication skills to engage client stakeholders and support meetings.
