Work you'll do

• Engage clients to deliver innovative capabilities and solutions

• Accountable to drive growth through the creation and management of a multi-year opportunity pipeline

• Leverage client domain expertise that reflects a comprehensive understanding of customer requirements

• Design and translate the corporate mission into supply chain strategies to help our clients transform their supply chain capabilities

• Contribute to the development and cultivation of business and vendor relationships

• Display leadership and business judgment in anticipating client/project needs and developing alternative solutions

• Identify opportunities for other Deloitte service offerings that can address client needs

• Contribute to business development initiatives to grow the Supply Chain team and the Federal practice

The Supply Chain & Network Operations Offering helps clients transform their value chains into a competitive edge. Professionals drive efficiency, improve flexibility, and increase responsiveness by furnishing proactive insights and enhancing decision-making. Teams advise, implement, and operate transformational solutions by providing operational know-how, digital technologies, advanced analytics, and industry-specific hybrid solutions. Teams also optimize operations, product, and material flows, and create greater synergy for the supply network to optimize mission performance.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering

• Ability to obtain and maintain the required Security Clearance for this role - Secret

• Direct executive level experience in logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, and Federal Enterprise Resource Planning systems

• 15+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience

• Proven leadership skills demonstrating strong judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

• Experience managing senior-level client relationships

• Experience presenting to clients or other decision makers to present and sell ideas to various audiences (technical and non-technical)

• Pre-sales, proposal, and RFP experience

Preferred:

• Prior professional services or federal consulting experience

• Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree

• Experience at either a federal agency or a DOD contractor
