Finance Transformation Management Development Program (MDP)
The Finance Transformation MDP candidate will play a significant role in developing and delivering strategic initiatives that are sponsored by the Deloitte CFO and the Finance Leadership team. The Finance Transformation group is an internal consulting group that partners with the Deloitte CFO and Finance leadership to shape the future of Finance at Deloitte. Some examples of these initiatives include leading a Finance Transformation for global Deloitte firms, assessing the group's organizational structure and strategic priorities, identifying and implementing digital finance solutions, and helping the Deloitte businesses achieve predictable, profitable growth.

In this role, you will join the FA Transformation Program Teams

Work you'll do

You'll be working with managers and senior managers in the Transformation group to identify and execute strategic initiatives that pave the way to achieving our vision of a world-class Finance organization. You will support efforts to identify leading practices, improve processes, enhance systems, and realign the Finance organization to realize opportunities. These initiatives are high visibility projects sponsored by the Deloitte CFO to help Finance achieve its long-term goals.

Specifically, as an MDP, you will help lead workstreams within the context of a larger effort, gathering and analyzing information, formulating and testing hypotheses, and developing actionable recommendations. You will help present your team's findings to senior Finance stakeholders, implement recommendations, and begin to build long-term trusted advisor relationships with Finance counterparts. Specific tasks will include creating PowerPoint presentations to communicate and influence senior Deloitte leadership, both within Finance Transformation as well as other functions. You may also develop, own and modify detailed Excel models to conduct what-if analyses and perform other analytical tasks.

The ideal candidate will be curious, analytical, and confident, with a natural drive to exceed immediate project requirements. A genuine passion for Transformation, combined with relationship-building, leadership, and communication skills will be key to success.

Qualifications Required:

• Empowered self-starter comfortable taking lead on initiatives with an ability to effectively collaborate across teams

• Strategic thinker with the ability to make connections across workstreams and matrixed organizations

• Demonstrated strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills

• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including facility with Excel and PowerPoint

• Must be legally authorized to work in the US; will not require sponsorship now or in the future

• Minimal travel required; this role is predominantly remote

Preferred:

• Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to logically structure issues and determine recommended resolutions

• Strong executive presence and the ability to work with and influence senior leaders

• Detail-oriented with ability to plan, prioritize, and make decisions on multiple time-sensitive projects

• Strong commitment to integrity and confidentiality

MDP Eligibility

• Experienced Senior Consultants through Senior Managers who are ranked in the top 25% of their peer group

• Demonstrated excellent leadership skills throughout their career within the Deloitte U.S. Firms and have a local practice office partner who will sponsor them for MDP opportunity

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in New York City, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to New York City, Jersey City, State of Colorado, and the State of Nevada and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $141,730 to $236,215.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
