HR PAR Process Specialist

The work you'll do

The HRM team seeks a new team member and PAR Processing specialist for our HD Engagement. Work involves heavy use of PeopleSoft at the client site, frequent communications with customers, and support of the agency's workforce and management services, to include personnel action requests, records management and maintenance, and retirement benefits support.  Prior PAR Processing experience is a must.

Qualifications 

Required: 

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance required 
• PAR Process experience
