Instructional Design Manager with TS/SCI and Polygraph

Work you’ll do 

The Senior-level Instructional Systems Designer Senior provides expertise in adult learning practices and methods to develop and enhance instructional curriculum. Maximizes the use of multimedia and instructional technologies to conduct effective education and training.

We collaborate with clients to evaluate the nature of work, how the composition of the workforce will evolve to meet business needs, and how to activate next generation leaders, learning, skills, and incentives for the future.

Qualifications 

Required: 

• Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) or Bachelor of Science 
• 10 years of experience in Instructional Systems Design and Adult Learning
• 5 years of experience supporting the Intelligence Community
• Experience providing expertise in adult learning practices and enhancing instructional curriculum through Instructor-Led Training (ILT) and Virtual Instructor-Led Training (vILT)
• Experience enhancing multimedia and technologies for learning 
• TS/SCI with polygraph

Preferred: 

• Advanced degree
• IC Instructor Certification
• Storyline or Kirkpatrick Certification
