Work you’ll do 

• Lead and support tasks on engagements related but not limited to Systems Implementation, Operations & Maintenance, Helpdesk Operations and Software Application Development & Maintenance
• Create and/or support project deliverables while demonstrating an understanding of the client environment and overall project scope

The GPS Human Services Transformation offering designs and implements large, complex systems development and transformation projects to Human Service agencies across federal, state, and local government agencies as well as higher education institutions. With end-users, customers, and workers at the center, we collaborate with our clients to deliver quality human services and work to support individuals in need. Some areas that we focus on include Children Services, Eligibility & Enrollment, Child Support Enforcement, and Labor & Workforce Development.

Qualifications 

Required:

• 3 or more years of consulting and /or industry experience
• 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance with large scale information systems
• 3 years of experience creating and executing test cases based on requirements
• 3 years of experience in use of test management tools including Jira/Jama
• 3 years of experience developing test plans based on business scenarios
• 3 years of experience in system development life Cycle (SDLC) as well as testing life-cycle, testing procedures, and methodologies
• Bachelor’s degree required 
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future 

Preferred: 

• Experience of working in health and human services project including integrated eligibility, SNAP/TANF, Medicaid Eligibility Determination projects, Child Care, and long term supports and services
