The MEMM Technical project manager is a senior position is responsible for leading the Technical Center of Excellence team, including operations and architecture, on a project supporting a state program.

Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or another business-related field
8-10 years of experience in leading large teams through all phases of technology implementations using Agile methodology
Technology architecture modernization and design experience including knowledge of AWS, .NET, QlikView, Tableau, Python, SQL
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Preferred:
Knowledge of and experience working with state Medicaid and other related programs
Experience with leading ongoing operations of a technology solution
Experience working with and providing indirect management to shared services teams
Experience coaching and mentoring junior staff and providing technical guidance to developer and architecture resources Responsibilities include:
Managing ongoing operations of a technology solution including recurring updates, maintenance, and other operations activities such was production support and analytics
Providing the vision for architecture and technology modernization for a cloud hosted solution -Maintaining consistency and quality of development and solutions across track
Working across multiple tracks to provide required architecture guidance and support
Status reporting to project leadership including identifying risks and issues related to the larger technology solution and operations
