Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required

• Travel up to 10%

• 10+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience

• MDSO certification

• 5 years' of MDSO experience and subject matter expertise in multiple areas of security (https://e.g., physical security, personnel security, cyber security, law enforcement, etc.).

• Experience delivering instructor-led training

• Experience in training development

• Demonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience

Preferred:

• Prior professional services or government consulting experience

• Instructor certification
