Organizational Recruitment Lead - Top Secret cleared in Huntsville, AL

Work you’ll do 

• Collect, compile, analyze HR data, metrics and statistics, and apply this data to make recommendations related to recruitment, retention, and legal compliance.  
• Oversee a team of 1-2 practitioners and collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders to help execute recruitment and hiring activities and events. 
• Lead and support the recruiting and hiring workstream to address the client's hiring needs
• Work directly with various stakeholder executives and hiring managers to improve their talent acquisition strategy
• Update and maintain hiring data
• Collaborate with and foster good relationships with various government and HR stakeholders to provide a high level of customer service

Qualifications 

Required: 

• Bachelor’s degree required 
• Must have active Top Secret clearance
• 5+ years of full time professional work experience in related human capital industry (talent acquisition, recruiting, sourcing, talent demand planning etc.)
• Experience with conducting trend analysis, developing business cases, process design, and making recommendations for improvement
• Experience delivering high-quality client service in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred: 

• Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, communications, industrial and organizational development/ psychology or a related discipline 
• Professional full-time work experience leading recruitment strategy and managing client relationships for government and/or executive level accounts
• Professional full-time work experience in the human resources or human capital industry
• Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation creation tools, as well as Internet research tools
