Work you'll do/Responsibilities

  • Currently, working with our project team and our technology client with the design, implementation, testing, deployment, and operation of Pega applications

  • Work with teams on Pega deployment on cloud and Pega version upgrades

  • Brainstorm, design, and prototype solutions while recommending enhancements for enterprise Pega technologies

  • Lead program optimization to work within constructs of an Pega environments

  • Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management

  • Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes

The US Cloud Engineering Offering focuses on enabling our client's end-to-end journey from On-Premises to Cloud, with opportunities in the areas of Cloud Strategy and Op Model Transformation, Cloud Development & Integration, Cloud Migration, and Cloud Infrastructure & Managed Services. Cloud Engineering supports our clients as they improve agility, resilience and identifies opportunities to reduce IT operations spend through automation by enabling Cloud. We accelerate our clients toward a technology-driven future, leveraging vendor solutions, Deloitte-developed software products, tools, and accelerators.



  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related field preferred

  • 5+ years of experience with the Pega Architecture, systems, platforms, and frameworks

  • Must have at least 2+ years of exp. in Pega https://8.x version.

  • Must have hands on experience in case types and rest services in Pega.

  • Must have good understanding of latest Pega Architecture like ECS, application layer, rule resolution

  • Must have hands-on experience in activities, flows, flow action, decision rules, data transforms

  • Must have strong knowledge in REST and SOAP services designing and maintaining

  • 5+ years of experience in case management, flow design, data pages

  • 5+ years of experience in background processing like job scheduler and queue processor

  • 5+ years of experience in basic SQL queries.

  • Must be able to manage assignments and debugging issues independently.

  • Must be able to communicate with business stake holders.

  • Experience with containers in general. Red Hat ECS. Cloud configurations.

  • Must have CSA (Pega Systems Architect) certification

  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve


  • Banking projects experience

  • Pega command line code deployment

  • Knowledge on servers, cloud, database

  • Analytical/ Decision Making Responsibilities

  • Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products

  • Can operate independently or with minimum supervision

  • Excellent Written and Communication Skills

  • Ability to deliver technical demonstration
