PSCD/FICO Functional Consultant

Position Summary

Work you’ll do 

• Ability to Design Blueprint, Configuration, Testing, Training, Deployment and Operational support of the following FI-CA components: Dunning, Payments, Account Determination, Settlement Rules, Collection Agencies, Write-Offs Value Adjustments, Refunds, Security Deposits, Installment Plans, GL configuration and management, Rule based debt collections, Debt enforcement actions, Asset, and Income Registries.

• Ability to evaluate impact of configuration or process changes across other SAP modules (ex: Tax and Revenue) utilizing deep understanding of SAP Collections and Debt Management, author and guide the development of the end to end solution which will meet business goals and objectives.

• Solution Signoff via Requirements Traceability – work with the system architects and product managers to ensure the solution meets the business requirements.

• Test Scenario Signoff via Requirements Traceability – work with quality team to ensure all the test scenarios in scope cover all requirements and use cases; complete traceability document to validate testing scope with stakeholders; adding additional test cases, when needed, to ensure full end-to-end process and regression testing is in scope

Qualifications 

Required: 

• Bachelor’s degree required 
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
• Travel up to 25%

Preferred:

• Either an FICA resource or FICO that could be trained (on the job mentoring and other means)   
• Experience with blueprint design and test configuration
• Experience with evaluating process change impact
• Experience with solution & test scenario sign off and requirements traceability
