Position Summary

Are you an experienced, passionate pioneer in technology? An industry solutions professional who wants to work in a collaborative environment. As an experienced SAP FICO LEAD you will have the ability to share new ideas and collaborate on projects as a consultant without the extensive demands of travel. Project Delivery Model (PDM) is a talent model that is tailored specifically for long-term, onsite client service delivery. PDM practitioners are local to project locations, minimizing extensive travel, and provides you with a full career path within the firm.

Work you’ll do/Responsibilities  

  • Large SAP S4 Implementation completed and transitioning to support
  • Multiple modules - Ariba, S4 Sales, Finance, Procurement etc. 
  • Onshore - Offshore Model
  • Engagement across other applications like Dynamics, Concur, Workday etc. 
  • Lead the SAP Functional Stream
  • SLA Governance and reporting 
  • Queue monitoring in ITSM tool, ownership of tickets, task delegation and execution of work within SLA
  • SAP application design, development, integration, testing, deployment, and support
  • Research and document current business processes and provide process improvement recommendations to the business
  • Implement SAP cross-functional business processes.
  • Lead small teams and/or work efforts 
  • Demonstrate leadership to internal consultant team by offering guidance/mentorship to junior level analysts.

The Team 

The Enterprise Operations as a Service Offering addresses our clients’ needs for on-going operations of their technology and business process investments through multi-year contracts. We deliver continuous modernization, upgrades, and address incremental business changes as part of our engagements through our 5 key offerings: SAP Operations, Oracle Operations, IT Operations, Supply Chain Operations, Finance Operations.

Qualifications Required

  • SAP Functional Lead Experience

  • Knowledge of ITSM processes

  • 3-4 Implementation project experience

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience 

  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

  • Travel up to 10% annually

Preferred

  • Knowledge with design/configuration and testing for core FICO areas: GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, CCA, CO-PA, CO-PC
  • Experience with designing custom solutions and interfaces between SAP & Non-SAP systems
  • Strong knowledge of Finance and Controlling business function knowledge
