Senior Developer (.Net)

Work you'll do/Responsibilities:

• Designing, implementing, and maintaining .Net applications that are often high-volume and low-latency, required for mission-critical systems.
• Delivering high availability and performance.
• Contributing in all phases of the development lifecycle.
• Writing well-designed, efficient, and testable code.
• New engagement with team in USI and ARDC, this role will lead the team and be responsible for client communication

The Team
TheUS Cloud Engineering Offeringfocuses on enabling our client's end-to-end journey from On-Premise to Cloud, with opportunities in the areas of Cloud Strategy and Op Model Transformation, Cloud Development & Integration, Cloud Migration, and Cloud Infrastructure & Managed Services. Cloud Engineering supports our clients as they improve agility, resilience and identifies opportunities to reduce IT operations spend through automation by enabling Cloud. We accelerate our clients toward a technology-driven future, leveraging vendor solutions, Deloitte-developed software products, tools, and accelerators.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's Degree preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience.
• Limited sponsorship may be available
• 7+ years designing, developing, and modifying software systems and custom components using modern full stack dev stack .NET/ ASP.NET
• Must be able to analyze user requirements to derive technical software design and performance requirements
• 7+ years developing software solutions by analyzing system performance standards, confer with end users' requirements; analyze systems flow and work processes; and investigate problem areas
• Responsible for supporting and leading project tasks. Identifies key drivers of a defined problem and proposes solutions.
• Proven hands on experience developing and executing test procedures for software components
• Must have experience working on an agile projects
• Collaborating with cross-functional team to ensure understanding of all requirements
• Hands-on experience with the following technologies: C#, Bootstrap, JavaScript Frameworks, jQuery Libraries, AJAX programming in .Net, Front End (HTML/CSS/JS), ASP.Net MVC, ASP .NET Web API, MS SQL
• Travel 10% annually.

Preferred

• Excellent presentation and communication skills required.

• Strong organizational, project management, and process analysis skills are essential.

• Must be able to lead virtual project teams across broad-based projects.
