This role is best suited for a motivated self-starter, who thrives in ambiguity, and brings insights and recommendations to the campus teams. Project management skills are essential and the ability to partner with cross-functional teams. Responsible for the planning and execution of National Campus Recruiting programs and initiatives. Will serve as an early talent subject matter expert for recruiters and the business. Work closely with recruitment leadership and business to design a consistent and streamlined recruiting approach to achieve demand. Team with recruiters, Deloitte corporate citizenship and business to drive recruiting efforts that increase an inclusive student pipeline. Leverage recruiting expertise to influence key internal stakeholders on recruitment activities.
Work You'll Do
Support relationships with external vendors, internal key stakeholders and drive collaboration across teams
Support the planning and execution of business-focused, efficient and innovative recruiting programs, enabling recruiters to best support candidates through the recruiting lifecycle
Be a change agent with school recruiters and Campus Recruiting Managers to implement early talent initiatives and programs on-campus respective to targeted hiring profiles across all students.
Assist in the creation and development of various learning and training experiences, to help campus recruiters develop the capabilities and knowledge needed to attract talent and best support the candidate experience
Assist in the research and establish analytical frameworks, conduct complex business analysis and support development of strategic and innovative recommendations for improvement of recruiting initiatives
Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis including market conditions, insights and competitive intel
Support the development of presentations and reports for clients
The Team
The Talent Acquisition team collaborates with the business and across the Talent organization to provide strategic insight into the recruiting vision. The team advises on, implements, and executes the recruiting strategy, providing full-lifecycle recruitment recruiting services. Teams are aligned by business and type of hire - campus, experienced and Partner/Principal/Managing Director recruiting. This role sits on the TA Innovations & Solutions team within Talent Acquisition.
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's Degree; Minimum 3 years of related experience
Strong understanding of campus recruiting
Strong analytical (qualitative and quantitative), research, and presentation skills
Experience and comfort in using analytical methods to create project analyses and recommendation support
Ability to synthesize large sets of information, extract insights, define trends across industries, and develop recommendations to clients
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
Ability to influence others through a consultative approach, and build strong relationships
Ability to be a design thinker, and take something from ideation to development to execution
Demonstrated project and program management experience: organization, managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track
Demonstrated understanding of the adoption of campus sourcing technology platforms and their impact to future recruiting strategies.
Strong written/verbal communication, interpersonal, and team building skills
Critical thinking and the ability to execute on the details
Problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive in ambiguous and rapidly changing environment
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Ability to travel 30%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred:
Previous recruiting experience in a professional services or large corporate environment
For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Colorado or Nevada, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to the State of Colorado and the State of Nevada and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $65,000 to $119,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
