The Government & Public Services (GPS) Delivery Excellence (DE) team is currently seeking a full-time dedicated Solutions Integration Lead. The GPS Solutions Integration Lead is responsible for analyzing the competitive landscape for enterprise tools and capabilities that present competitive advantages for Deloitte Consulting and add value to client services. They will manage the operational implementation and integration of enterprise capabilities and tools deemed advantageous for Deloitte Services.

Work you'll do

• Partner with National Delivery Excellence team to grow and integrate GPS Delivery Excellence capabilities

• Provide vision and strategic direction for overall & GPS delivery capabilities, methods & tools teams to remain relevant to the business

• Look across all enterprise capabilities & enabling tools and our holistic strategy that addresses GPS' unique needs as that landscape evolves

• Bring deliberate, innovative thinking to how we deliver the most value to the GPS business, and how we do that most efficiently within in National Delivery Excellence and internally in terms of our ways of working

• Enable teams to better advise, integrate, innovate - with the business, with and other support teams - to reach the best solution

• Define Deloitte's "Enterprise Capabilities" and work closely with the business to identify new opportunities to develop ECs

• Collaborate with solution leads to own business relationships and drive solutions, approaches in line with Delivery Excellence and business priorities, define and manage solution roadmap aligned with business priorities and perform planning and review activities

• Provide insights to the practice on market leading delivery tools and help them make informed decisions around tools selection

• Make strategic decisions aligned with business priorities to add tools to / decommission tools from our portfolio

• "Keep the lights on" and run our tools operations with improved efficiency for GPS engagements

• Provide leadership role/escalation point in driving path forward/resolution on complex cross-team topics

• Bring the right level of connective tissue across the teams - where we need tighter consistency, collaboration across teams

• Manage relationships with vendors & intersecting organizations (GTS, ITS, Platform, MF, Atlassian, etc.)

• Manage Talent (performance reviews, recruitment, training / coaching / team well-being)

• Represent the vision and objectives of Delivery Enablement and Delivery Excellence positively within Deloitte Consulting

Qualifications:

Required:

• 10 years of experience with managing the integration of enterprise-level capabilities and tools in large, complex projects in a consulting environment

• Experience with Agile principles, frameworks and delivery, to be able to propose, create, support & improve solutions

• Experience managing vendor relations and external partnerships

• Experience leading and managing multi-team and stakeholder level roadmaps

• Experience managing and developing teams

• Experience working in a distributed workplace (e.g., virtual teams, offshore teams)

• Ability to travel as needed

• Bachelor's degree

Preferred:

• DevOps and IT technical knowledge and experience with various capabilities and tool integrations
• Experience working in an Agile development projects

• Ability to manage deadlines while working on multiple initiatives
