Work you'll do/Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all aspects of strategic project-based workshops, including the following:
Oversight and training of staff to support workshops
Workshop scheduling, designing, delivery and post-session value capture and client follow-up
Ensure workshop facilities (local project office) are fully operational, including:
Working with appropriate individuals to ensure all needed Technology is accessible and in working order
Workshop materials are in good condition and available
Interact with account team and client executives to help identify potential workshop participants
Report and keep client leadership informed of all strategic workshop activities bi-weekly and/or as requested
Fulfill requirements associated with the Client Account Team's Local and Community involvement, including:
Develop, implement, and manage Community Impact projects and/or initiatives at the account level
Develop strong working relationships with community-based organizations, focusing on those organizations whose work aligns with the organization and the client Account's priorities
Attend and engage in the client Account's Client and Community events
Report and keep client leadership informed on key relationships formed and opportunities for new client relationships and enhanced existing client relationships
Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management
Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes

Technology (Mobility and User Experience, Cloud and Virtualization, Data Management and Analytics)
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
Minimum 10 years of related experience, preferably in consulting and/or professional services, with a focus on internal / external strategy, business transformation, and project management
Significant program management experience in successfully planning, managing, and delivering multiple, concurrent, and complex work streams in a matrixed organization with aggressive timelines
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Product Suite
