Work you'll do
Work with clients to define requirements and build epics or user stories, using Scrum and or Agile methodologies
Lead or facilitate requirements discussions using scrum or agile best practices
IT Project management processes and re-engineering of processes to improve efficiency and quality
Lead, manage, and direct project teams on project deliverables within client budget guidelines (Fixed or Variable)
Develop and create project plans that display project milestones in accordance with SDLC and PMP governance guidelines
Work in teams, building relationships (including client relationships)
Work with application lifecycle management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
Assist clients move to a more agile IT development process
Advanced knowledge/experience with Microsoft Professional Suite (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint) and Microsoft Project

• Bachelor's degree required
• 4+ years of full-time work experience
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
• Ability to travel 25-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Business process improvement
Application lifecycle tools (KIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar
