Work you'll do
Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing
Implement leading practices that improve medical readiness and the quality of care provided in an operational environment.
Supporting operationally-based clinicians and staff through advancing process improvement efforts and developing best practice guidelines
Updating clinical policies to reflect current medical best practices
Standardizing provider skills and proficiencies relevant to musculoskeletal and mental health
Identifying ways to improve the experience of providers

Using deep sector knowledge and program management skills, we work alongside our clients to implement industry leading practices and manage their most important projects.
Qualifications
Required:
• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of full-time work experience
• Secret Security Clearance or ability to obtain
• up to 10% travel
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred:
Prior healthcare experience (civilian or military)
Prior military experience
Strong client presence, stakeholder engagement, and meeting planning/facilitation
Comfort with preparing and presenting ideas to clients
Extensive experience with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, & Excel), and Adobe PDF and close attention to detail
Ability and flexibility to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Self-driven with an ability to independently manage tasks
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
