Workforce Analytics Consultant - Top Secret Clearance Required

As a Deloitte Workforce Analytics Consultant, you will perform the following job responsibilities:

• Identify opportunities for efficiencies in work process and innovative approaches to completing scope of work

• Participate in team problem solving efforts and offer ideas to solve client issues

• Conduct relevant research, data analysis, and create reports.

• Maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of work products

• Assist in proposal development, as requested

• Actively expand consulting skills and professional development through training courses, mentoring, and daily interaction with clients

• Planning, developing, implementing, and maintaining reports and models that inform client leadership on it's organizational relocation to AL.

• Consultant will be able to run recurring models to address current and future client needs.

• Consultant will be responsible for data modeling, reporting, briefing their findings, and responding to ad hoc questions/asks.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's Degree in business, human resources, communications, industrial and organizational development/psychology or a related discipline
• 3 years of relevant consulting or industry experience
• Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives
• Demonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience
• Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation creation tools, as well as Internet research tools
• Experience with workforce planning experience and any future of work experience is ideal.
• Must have a Top Secret clearance
• Experience with SQL, VBA, Tableau, & Python
• Analytical skills (Excel, Macros, Access, SPSS, or SAS)
