Position summary
Reservations and Customer Care is seeking a dynamic, strategic and high performing individual for the role of Reservations Specialist – Data Science. This person will be responsible for the development and maintenance of analysis tools as well as data integrity across our data tables and reports. Will also be responsible for using data and customer feedback to develop actionable insights that drive improvement in customer satisfaction, revenue generation and operational efficiency.
How you’ll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities):
- Provide analytical support and data to help identify opportunities for customer satisfaction improvements, call related expense reduction, and customer handling efficiency by channel
- Manage Tableau server and dashboard support for various stakeholder groups, which consists of dashboard refresh troubleshooting, user group access administering, data validation, and dashboard development & documentation.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across suite of dashboards used by specialists and leaders
- Analyze data, develop recommendations, and communicate in an executive presentation format
- Role models Delta's Rules of the Road and core values
- Practices safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures
